Georgie McAndrew is an emerging children’s book illustrator and storyteller based in Norwich, UK, under the pen-name of G. A. McAndrew.

While wrapping up her degree in BA(Hons) Illustration at Norwich University of the Arts, Georgie started to write and illustrate her debut picture-book What the Forest Has in Store. She is passionate about tackling tricky topics in her work such as self-expression and environmentalism by making them fun and approachable for young people.

In April 2022, Georgie was shortlisted for the Penguin Cover Design Award Children’s Category. Her work will be exhibited in D&AD London later this year.
